The Sustainability Showcases are weekly discussions highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of sustainability by creating a platform for stakeholders to engage with one another. The series connects faculty research, personal and professional interest, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals while broadening the sustainability discourse. Speakers are invited to give a thirty-minute talk, answer questions and hang around to mingle with attendees. (Available to attend over Zoom.)
A sustainable world is one of intersections—between sustainable development goals like gender equity and climate change and fields that approach these issues from different directions, from engineering to sociology to visual arts. The film series aims to explore these intersections and promote engagement at the crossroads of sustainability challenges. (Available to watch online.)
